Refund policy
If you decide to cancel your application or if the Clean Energy Council rejects your application, you are entitled to a refund, less an administrative fee of 15 per cent. Details required for the refund must be provided to Clean Energy Council within four weeks of the application rejection/withdrawal; after this time the application fee is not refundable.
A full refund will be issued if an application is cancelled prior to processing.

Application fees can be paid online as part of this application process or you can download the invoice for payment once your application is submitted. Your application won't be processed until payment has been received.
