Submission to the AEMC's Draft Terms of Reference – Electricity Pricing for a Consumer Driven Future

The Clean Energy Council (CEC) welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback to the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC) on the “Draft Terms of Reference – Electricity pricing for a consumer driven future”.

Consumer Energy Resources (CER) are an incredibly important part of this transition, and the CEC is supportive of a review that ensures consumers continue to benefit from their CER, while also having the option of being on tariffs that reward them for responding to market needs.
